Ethan Agai

Ethan has over fifteen years of experience in the consulting field. In that time he has build a reputation for expertise in Database Applications, Document Management Systems and Business Process Re-Engineering working with clients such as Chase Manhattan Bank, New York State and Bayer. He has taught and lectured in the U.S. at Universities including Columbia, and internationally. Ethan graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a M.S. degree in Civil Engineering, and is a registered professional engineer in New York. He enjoys writing and has published numerous papers in professional magazines and periodicals. He lives in New York with his wife Edie, and two children and if he has free time, he likes to go fishing.

Tom Delaney

Tom has more than 20 years of experience in project management, software design/development, and corporate communications. His expertise is in implementation of electronic drawing management systems, and his management skills have been put to good use on all major IMS projects. He has worked with companies as diverse as Lever Brothers, Xerox and United Technologies designing complex systems in the area of document/record management, healthcare patient management, distribution control, airline integrated data systems, and data entry for customer support systems. Tom graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, New York with a M.S. E. E., and he holds a New York State Professional Engineering License. He lives in New York with his wife and two children and spends his spare time renovating his old house.
