Strategy
IMS developed an entirely new design for the website that clearly separated structure from layout and appearance. Stylesheets allowed for global control of fonts and colours while hiding these elements from older web browsers. The layout was made flexible to fill the browser window, no matter what the size and to allow users to increase font sizes, zoom in, or clear away most graphics to focus on the text.

A vast number of documents were painstakingly re-edited to provide a clear and consistent structure that all users, including those with disabilities, would find easy to read and navigate.
