The Brief

At the time this essential tool for branch managers was paper-based, slow to produce and costly to print. It required regular updating and was distributed to over 500 branches across the United States.
    IMS' brief included the following:

  • Maintain a consistency in appearance and structure with the original 'BRAG'

  • Develop a secure workflow system that would enable fast and effective production.

  • Provide comprehensive documentation for the new edition.
